A WEBSITE THAT NO LONGER REFLECTED THE COMPANY’S POSITION

The company was moving toward the premium segment, but the website no longer reflected that shift.

Context

The brokerage house, with more than 15 years of experience, was redefining how it wanted to be perceived. Its new positioning focused on premium clients, but the existing website was overloaded and difficult to navigate. It no longer supported the direction the company had already grown into.
